But the most amazing thing to me was getting a follow up text asking if I needed anything else with a personal greeting using the name I go by instead of my legal first name. That’s a first in my 73 years and I loved it! Tired of birthday cards, etc from people I’ve done business with for years with a greeting using my legal name.
